HubSpot pings the workflow when a deal closes. The payload carries everything we need.
Two branches run in parallel
A Notion workspace is created while a Shopify customer record is provisioned. Both must succeed to proceed.
Claude writes the welcome email
The branches merge into a Claude call that drafts a personalized onboarding email from a structured prompt.
The email and Slack channel ship
Postmark sends the email; Slack provisions a client channel and posts a kickoff card. The whole run takes 18 seconds end to end.
